Shipping Policy

We will notify you via email on the tracking of the order once the order is shipped out.

*Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

 

Shipping Terms & Conditions:

Local Shipping (Standard)

Please allow us 1-3 working days to arrange the shipment upon receiving of your order. The order would be shipped to a local address (excluding P.O. Box) only.

All Speedpost parcel deliveries will be sent to the recipient’s door. If no one is at the address to collect the item, our parcel ambassadors will attempt to contact the recipient to make alternative delivery arrangements, including getting consent to leave the item at the door, or arranging for a re-delivery. Items that cannot be delivered will be sent to the nearest POPStation for self-collection. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal service. Please visit Speedpost website for more.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

We would notify you via email with a tracking number once the order is shipped out.

Free delivery for orders SGD300 & above

 

Local Shipping (Express)

For next day delivery, please make your order before 2pm and select Express Shipping. All online orders will be fulfilled at Duxton Hill (Flagship). Kindly note that our Duxton Hill gallery is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Our team will get in touch with you (via WhatsApp or Email) once we received your order. Please provide us your preferred delivery date and time (if any) and we will try our best to schedule the delivery.

Mode of shipment: Lalamove

Orders SGD300 & above: Delivery SGD15
Orders less than SGD300: Delivery SGD25

  

Returns or Exchanges

All products are considered as final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@huls.com.sg within 3 days after you received the item. Kindly quote your order number and provide us a detailed description of the defect/damage with photos or video as a reference. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take.

We will fully examine the item and notify you via email, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.

 

Refund

All products are considered as final sales and are non-refundable.

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for the item.

Please note that Transaction Charges will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.
