Based in Saitama Prefecture, Takeshi Imaizumi is dedicated to creating Tenmoku pieces with a profound metallic glow, a technique that originated in China about 800 years ago. In addition to his lustrous blue works of art, which evoke the starry night sky, his celadon and white stoneware pieces, with their overlapping crackles, display an infinite depth.
