Manufacturer of woodworks in Odawara, Kanagawa Prefecture. In this area rich with timber, they expand their brand "Hikiyose" which incorporates woodturning techniques with "yosegi" (parquet).

Hikimono (Woodturning):

A technique to carve round-shaped tableware by putting dried lumber on a spinning lathe and applying a turning tool like a chisel to it. Products made by using this technique include bowls and round trays.

To use this product safely and comfortably, please follow the instructions below:

- Exposure to high temperature and humidity, extreme dryness and direct sunlight may cause cracks and warping.
- Please avoid cleaning with stiff brushes or abrasive sponges.
- Solvents, benzene, and polishing agents may damage the coating.
- Do not use on direct heat or in microwaves, dish washers, or dryers.
- Avoid soaking in water for extended periods. Items may crack or warp after drying.
- Extended contact with food or moisture may lead to staining and the growth of mildew and bacteria.
- After use, wash with a mild detergent dissolved in warm water using a soft sponge. Rinse well and wipe dry with a cloth.

What are the shipping charges?

1. Local Shipping (Standard)

The shipping fee is SGD10.00 (up to 2kgs) and free shipping for purchase over SGD300 & above.
Please note that this applies to local shipping only.

2. Local Shipping (Express)

The shipping fee is SGD25.00 (up to 20kgs). For purchase over SGD300 & above, you may enjoy a special rate of SGD15.00 for express shipping.

When can I receive my order?

1. Local Shipping (Standard)

Upon receiving your order, please allow us 1-3 business days to prepare the shipment. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.

2. Local Shipping (Express)

To secure delivery on next day, please place your order before 2pm and choose express shipping. For orders made by 4pm between Monday to Friday, we will schedule delivery on the next day. For orders made on Sundays and Public Holidays, the earliest delivery will be on the following business day.
